I wanted to update the owners on a few items.Goodmanagement is the property management company we (the Board) hired to help out with the Colony.They bring a wide variety of skills with them. They will do our bookkeeping, taxes, and discounts on certain purchases and help out the Property Manager...

As you know dog fees are $100. Unfortunately some owners seem to think they can sneak their dog in and somehow avoid the fee. You must notify the check in person and pay your fee at check in. If you do not it will be considered sneaking your dog in....
