I am getting ready to send my annual check. I did not receive an invoice. Your message above indicates I should have received an ID number.
I assume the amount is the same as last year and I can just send a check. Unfortunately I don’t believe I will make the December 31 cut off. I tried calling the office but didn’t make contact with anyone. If someone can call me back I could put this on my Discover card.
