A bonus week is for deeded owners only for a discounted week during the white weeks 1-13 & 44-52.In order to receive a bonus week you must be a deeded owner. Also you only get one bonus week per unit you own and are on the deed. So again only one bonus week per unit you are on the deed for. Bonus weeks will run Saturday to Saturday. If you have multiple bonus weeks and you have a friend or family member that wants to come. You can let them stay with you or in another unit as long as you, the deeded owner, is staying at the Colony. The deposit for the “friend or family member” that is staying in the separate unit is $600. Bonus weeks are white weeks only and can be used only when available. A bonus week is a flat rate of $500 whether you stay 1 day or 7 days, it will not be broken up for multiple stays. Owner must be in good standing to use a bonus week. Would like to see information on Bonus weeks per unit Ownership as well.
Never received a letter / mailing from The Colony this year, and another family member that owns a unit as well did not receive anything in the mail. Would like to see communication keep improving to stay in the loop.
