When you get your new bill it will have two numbers you must keep for any dealings with your unit.
One is a contract number, the other is an owner ID number.
Please do not loose these numbers.

Never received my newsletter for 2024 fees
I just wnt to know where is my bill for the year tody is December 27, 2023
I am looking at my statement and do not see a contract #. Is the Acct # the same as contract #? Is the User ID my unit and week (i.e. C903-22)?
I had to call to receive my bill and did not get it until Dec 28 via email.

We have yet to receive our bill with those numbers. We just received the newsletter last week.

What is going on at The Colony? How is it fair to offer some owners buy backs and leave other owners to pay the price for your mistakes? This was the worst idea ever!! What is the maintenance fee for 2024?
